Not a pretty table, but as it stands, Ireland have a points difference of 46, while for Wales, its 21.

This means that Wales need to beat Ireland by 13 points to win the Championship.

Even though I'm a Welshman myself, in my heart I'd like to see Ireland win their first Grand Slam in 61 years. Having said that, a Welsh win by less than 13 points would mean Ireland winning the championship and Wales getting the Triple Crown.
