After what has been hailed as the greatest rugby tournament ever hosted in The Caribbean Region, I want to give aq big thanks to everyone who helped to pull it off.

I'm not going into names as there are so many people and (knowing me) I'll forget someone important and make a mortal enemy.

Suffice to say that we did a fantastic job and went a long way towards enhancing our reputation regionally.

On the field, our guys were superb on the second day of play, winning the plate by defeating Mexico (twice) and Barbados.
On top of this, four Bahamian players made the cut for the West Indies 7s team that will be playing in San Diego and Hong Kong in 2009. Heartfelt congratulations to:
