22nd May 2008 : National Sevens Training

Timmy Thompson and Stephen Thompson will be looking after the sevens programme throughout the summer.

Timmy writes:

There will be touch rugby at the Winton Field, 6:15pm, for everyone interested every Tuesday and Thursday until the end of May.
Starting the first week in June there will be touch rugby for everyone on Tuesdays and 7's training every Thursday!
Anyone interested in making the Bahamas National 7's team for the world cup qualifier in Oct should make every effort to attend.
The Thursday sessions will be split between Timmy and Stephen Thompson and will serve as fitness sessions and basic 7's skills training. The top 2 teams in the Oct tournament will qualify for the World Cup in Dubai. Also USA and Canada will be bringing their strongest teams. Time to start getting in shape.
