Ingredients:
8 Steaks of your choice (sirloin is good)
1 (12oz) Can of Beer
½ cup Chili Sauce*
¼ cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Mustard (Dijon is best)
½ tsp. Hot Sauce (more if you like it peppery)
½ cup chopped onions
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
*can use 2 Tbsp. Chili Powder in ¼ Cup water
Directions:
Mix everything together, except steak, salt & pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
Brush the meat liberally with sauce.
Place steak on grill, about 4 inches above medium coals. Cook for 15 minutes on each side, basting frequently with sauce. Season with salt & pepper after removing from grill.
Serve with remaining sauce. Serves 8.
