I just spoke to Chris Robertson and he tells me that the Cricket Club will be showing all Six Nations Rugby matches live.
Not only that, but the feed is LEGAL and in case of electrical failure, he has brought in a generator. Fantastic!
Of course, there's a catch. The feed he's getting is very expensive, so he'll be charging:
$20 at the door
$75 for the whole tournament |
He'll also be handing out armbands, so you can't sneak in for the second half (names withheld for the protection of the innocent).
| BONUS: If you keep your armband, you can trade it in for a free drink at Winton in the afternoon*. |

So, allow me to take the liberty of planning your weekend for you.
Saturday Morning
6:00am - Get up early and prepare a great breakfast for your wife/ husband/ mother (flowers help). Say goodbye for the day.
8:00am - Get to the Cricket Club and order a Full English Breakfast (it should be ready by half-time).
8:27am - Turn off you cell phone
8:30am - Game 1: Italy v. France
*2:30pm in Italy - Don't think this will be a soft win for the French, Italy are getting better.
10:00am - You've got an hour before the second game - use it wisely
10:57am - Turn your cell phone back off
11:00am - Game 2: England v. Scotland
Saturday Afternoon
1:00am - Pay your bill
1:15pm - Rush up to Winton
2:00pm - Baillou v. Freeport
4:00pm - Buccaneers v. Cuckoos
Sunday Morning
9:30am - Crawl out of wherever you slept
10:00am - Game 3: Wales v. Ireland
Opinion: This is the most important game of the tournament. Ireland have to be strong favorites, but whoever wins this game will win the 6 Nations. You heard it here first!
Sunday Afternoon
There's the SuperCup or SuperDish, or something going on. ANyway, its the show with the good commercials.
