Rules:
Playing Elite level, 2 player
Camera angle is 'Classic 2'
10 minute games (20 for the final)
International Games - Each player must pick 2 countries (to avoid everyone being New Zealand). Games are Home & Away, you get first choice of teams for Home games.
Players get a point advantage based on teams picked. For example, if one player picks New Zealand (value=95) and the other picks Ireland (value=89), then Ireland will get a 6 point start.
