Chris Lynn lived in The Bahamas from 1993 until 1997 when he was a teacher at Queen's College (He taught Manoli) and played flanker/No.8 for Buccaneers throughout that period.
He currently teaches at Salisbury School in Thailand where he llives with his wife, Ruth, and son Jacob. In case you don't remember him, he's attached a picture of himself (left).
He was particularly interested in the piece about the Sevens tour of Britain, as he will be there at the same time:
Just seen the Bahamas Rugby site and noticed that the National 7s team will be in the UK in August 2007. Playing in Wales and Worthing!
Ruth's Mum and Dad live there and we were there a lot this past summer (well, every summer).
I even went to watch the Seaside 7s this year at the local rugby club. It was a really great tournament, lots of good rugby and fun sides too. I got pissed though. I hope that you'll be joining the squad and travelling with them. We'll be there and I promise to drag the family to wherever it is in Wales too as support for the Bahamas lads!!
Cheers, Chris
Any other ex-players currently living abroad, please leave a comment below and I'll get in touch. Don't be afraid to leave a valid e-mail address, it isn't broadcast over the net, only I get to see it.
